Editing Measurements
Instantaneous
If the pairing information was accidentally left empty, you can enter the data and match the pair ID.
The same can be done for the associated grid point.
If you created a measurement with only weather data due to a non detect, but after saving the measurement you smelled an odour. You can add odour data as necessary.
Below are examples of each section within editing an instantaneous measurement.
Timed
Editing timed measurements is similar to instantaneous, with the exception of sniff data and the odour managers.
Odour Managers
Character Manager
The character manager can update multiple sets of sniff data simultaneously.
A case where you might need to use this feature is if a character was misspelled, instead of changing each occurrence of the error within the 60 sniffs. You can select the misspelled character in the first dropdown and replace it with the one in the second dropdown, then press replace all.
Source Manager
Same functionality as the character manager.
Sniff Data
For the timed measurements, each individual sniff can be edited to correct mistakes or enter data if the timer finished before the user was able to make the recording.
Measurement Location
If the location of a measurement is incorrect, you can update the coordinates by pressing the button at the bottom right. Then dragging the map until the marker is positioned in the correct location.
Pressing Update will override the old data with the new data, then navigate back to the measurement details screen.
