PlumeMapper Account Setup
To create a PlumeMapper account, please enquire about a subscription at it-support@airenvironment.com.au.
Once your management / admin account has been created, check for an email from the PlumeMapper team.

1. Log into your account through Admin Portal - admin@plumemapper.com.au.
- Use the email and temporary password from the email you received.
- You will be immediately prompted to change your password.
- Follow the steps through the welcome guide.
- On the second step, it will ask you to choose sort surveys by client or sort surveys by project as shown in the image below.
Sort surveys by client:
Select this option if you perform ambient odour surveys for multiple clients.
Structure:
a. Client:
- Property developer
- Waste water treatment plant
- Landfill… ect.
b. Project:
- If your client has multiple projects.
c. Site:
- If your client has multiple sites at different locations.
d. Survey Collections: group your surveys by collections.
- Seasonal
- Pre and Post process changes … etc.
e. Surveys…
Sort surveys by project:
Select this option if your company conducts ambient odour surveys internally.
E.g. You are a Waste Water Treatment Plant, Environment Protection Authority… etc.

c. Site
d. Survey Collections: group your surveys by collections.
- Seasonal
- Pre and Post process changes … etc.
e. Surveys…
After you have made this selection, keep clicking through the welcome guide.

Once you have completed the welcome guide steps and accepted the terms and conditions.
Click the Try PlumeMapper for free button at the bottom left of the screen, as shown below.
- Choose your subscription tier from the options and click Start free trial.
- Enter your details and finalise the account creation.

You can now start adding users to your account.
Note:
Your admin / management account cannot be used to log into the web and mobile app. If you wish to use this email address as a PlumeMapper app user, create a user with your email address.
After your trial has ended, you can either make payments via a credit card or request an invoice.
